Margaret has been a wonderful therapist to us as we've gone through difficulties as a family of relocating abroad. Not having experienced therapy before as a couple, we found Margaret to be extremely patient, understanding and with a great sense of humour to boot.
She has helped us with techniques to talk calmly and to see that our differences as a couple are complimentary rather than adversarial. We feel that we have come on in leaps and bounds from our first session with her. We couldn't be happier with Margaret and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking therapy.

I feel well enough to feel I can face and be in the world in a healthy way and recognize if I am sliding into not taking care of myself, or not eating, or not talking, etc. You've equipped me with skills and ways of thinking so that I'm confident with my ability to look after myself and ask for help when I'm not well.
I appreciate everything you've done for me, and am so thankful for the lessons you've helped me to learn. I wouldn't have had the kindness towards my own inner-child to write, without your help. Thank you for everything.

Couldn't have done it without you! It feels very bittersweet at the moment to feel ”done”! I'll only disappear while things are going great and then I'll be back. I just want to taper off therapy slowly. So this is n't goodbye, just a temporary farewell. I'll leave you with this that I've come to realize:
Mental Health is not a David v. Goliath Battle that I might lose; rather it is a swinging pendulum, going between light and dark. For me, I'm swinging into the light again!
I hope to come back to you in the future if I ever need further guidance. It helped me a lot talking to you. I now feel much more positive about my immediate future.

I’ve had various therapists on and off throughout my life and hands down she has helped me far more in just a few sessions than any other therapist has. Her style is the perfect mixture of attentive listening, sharing, providing feedback, and offering tools along with different ways of thinking about things.
I am so pleased with the way things are going and I truly feel that with Margaret’s help, I can work through setbacks that have been holding me back my entire life.

At first, I was hesitant when it came to doing therapy after such a long time, but after my breakup with my boyfriend, dw I decided I should go to therapy to help myself be in a better position and to understand myself better.
I got paired with Margaret and she is a really amazing therapist, she’s the type to think about your thoughts with you out loud and always puts yourself as a priority and will tell you how to handle things in a good manner, she knows how to have a good laugh as well to make the sessions more easier and go smoothly and I would highly recommend her for anyone that is struggling with adjustment changes, depression and anxiety. Hi Margaret, I've been taking anxiety medication for a little while now. It's working wonders for me. That, along with the techniques for panic attacks you provided me, I am in a good space and feel safe with all the tools you gave me. For now, I'm going to put therapy on pause and see how I do. If I sense I need some more help I will come right back to sessions with you!
